Patmos Panthers Pathfinder Club – Investiture Policy

Investiture is a celebration of achievement.

• To be invested in their class level, a Pathfinder must complete all required classwork, honors, and participation items for that level.

• Investiture pins, insignia, and certificates represent completion, not partial work.
  
  

If a Pathfinder has not finished all requirements:

• They will not receive the official class insignia at Investiture.

• However, we will still recognize their effort with encouragement, participation certificates, or club awards.

• Pathfinders are encouraged to make up unfinished work during the summer or the following club year so they can still earn their class level awards.
  
  

Our Goal:

• We want every Pathfinder to succeed, not just “get by.”

• Staff and counselors are committed to helping each child complete their requirements with support, encouragement, and grace.
