• Must be notarized and all club fees paid in full at registration. Notarization is now required by our Conference’s Risk Management to legally confirm parent's consent for medical care or travel when your child participates in Pathfinder events. It protects both your family and the church. 

• If registration fees can’t be made right away, contact us in advance to discuss arrangements.

• Required for every Pathfinder and parent attending any off-site event.

• This is a Southeastern Conference safety requirement.

• Submit two copies — one for the club director and one for conference records.

• All adults attending off-site Pathfinder events or working with youth must complete a background check.

• Ask club staff if you need assistance.

• We take your Pathfinder’s safety seriously!
